Returns
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not feeling your UNFLTRD piece, here’s the deal:
- We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must have all original tags attached and be in resellable condition (aka, no makeup stains, pet hair, or weird smells).
- Final sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition drops are non-returnable.
To start a return, email support@unfltrdtees.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? As each item is custom made at the time of order, we don’t do direct exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we messed up, in which case, we got you).
If your return doesn’t meet our policy, we won’t be able to process a refund, and the item will not be sent back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we sent you the wrong item or if something arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—on us. You won’t have to pay for return shipping in these cases.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damaged on arrival).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we can’t refund lost returns.
